Hôtel Hermitage, the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo LANNERETONNE

The interior designer of Armenian origin has made this stopover on the Rock his own.

“Chahanism” operates there with the naturalness of beautiful materials.

A huge counter in metallic wood, foreground of an open kitchen with geometric tiling, immediately creates a spirit of conviviality.

We let ourselves be caught up in the gestures of the brigade and the kaleidoscope of the sea reflected in small smoked mirrors.

Shimmer and whitewash, gray-green tones, each element has been designed as a subtle reminder of the Mediterranean, on which an XXL terrace spreads its hanging garden.

We enjoy green lasagna, pasta gratin with basil, lemon, bottarga, line-caught whiting in fish & chips,
