KREISLIGA After 4:1 it's tight again against Ohlstadt - the door to relegation through victory is open again
Lenggries – The Lenggrieser SC players must have felt like they were taking a walk until the break.
Suddenly, SV Ohlstadt resisted despite being 3-0 down and turned the one-sided affair into an open exchange of blows.
Because the LSC held up with luck and skill, there was twice as much reason to be happy: First about the 4:3 success, later about the Murnau blunder, which pushed open the door to promotion relegation a little further.
Switched back too soon
But the LSC has to step up for this: For example, no longer hastily thrown away as many chances as in the first section.
A 5:1 would have been possible.
So it was at least 3-0 thanks to Jakob Hofer's left-hitting strike, a relay via Yasin Filiz and Jakob Gerg with Sebastian Dix at the end, and Gerg's semi-regular goal after a shove against Korbinian Sachse.
Ohlstadt came up, Tobias Reissl shortened.
But then Sachse let himself be nibbled on the outer goal line, Max Scheck was there in the center and everything seemed to be back on track.
“After the 4-1 win, we shifted down two gears,” complained Georg Simon, who replaced his brother, who was unable to play due to illness, as head coach.
"That's how we get Ohlstadt back into the game." Before Florian Augscheller hit the back of the head, there should have been a penalty after a foul on him.
As superior as Lenggries was until the break, the game could have slipped so much now.
Especially when there was a penalty after all: Flori Adlwarth lay on the ground with his arm outstretched, the ball rolled onto his upper arm.
Simon Nutzinger converted, but the LSC managed to get through the rest of the season unscathed.
Well-received substitution
Well-received Stephen Ragan's substitution.
The US boy made his debut and, according to Simon, showed "good approaches", primarily on a technical level.
However, the timing of the deployment was a bit unfortunate, "because we just shut down there".
