Motorcyclist (69) dies on the state road near Dachau

The First Responder of THW Dachau could do nothing more for the motorcyclist.
A 69-year-old motorcyclist died in a traffic accident on State Road 4047 between a tractor and a motorcycle on Saturday.

Dachau - Early on Saturday morning, the emergency services, the THW First Responder and the Dachau and Pellheim volunteer fire departments were alerted to a traffic accident between a tractor and a motorcycle on State Road 4047.
They could do nothing more for the 69-year-old motorcyclist, the man from the Aichach-Friedberg district succumbed to his most serious injuries at the scene of the accident.
According to initial investigations by the Dachau police, the motorcyclist was traveling on state road 2047 in the direction of Dachau/Webling when an oncoming tractor driver turned left in front of him.
The impact of the motorcycle on the tractor was so violent that the bulldog tipped sideways.
The THW First Responder and the rescue service treated the two people involved.
Any help came too late for the motorcyclist, who died at the scene of the accident.
The state road was closed for hours near Breitenau.
State road 2047 near Breitenau was completely closed.
In the further course of the operation and after coordination with the operations manager of the fire brigade, a small team from the THW was ordered to trigger the fire brigade comrades on guard duty during the blocking measures.
The state road was closed until noon due to an expert recording of the accident.
The report must now determine the exact cause of the accident.
