First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Djaparov stressed that the conditions of the United States of America for holding talks between Russia and Ukraine are unacceptable.
Commenting on the Russian ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov's disclosure of the US conditions for negotiations between Moscow and Kiev, Djabarov said on his Telegram channel: "None of the conditions proposed by the Americans are acceptable to Russia."
Antonov had announced that Washington had put forward three conditions for the return of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev, namely the cessation of hostilities and the withdrawal of Russian forces beyond the February 24 line.
