The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court today (Sunday) extended for three days the detention of a 38-year-old model, who was married to a reality star, and was arrested in Tel Aviv along with another person on suspicion of burglary and possession of a stolen property.

The two are suspected of breaking into an apartment in Tel Aviv and stealing equipment of great value, such as iPhone headsets, iPads and Jordan shoes.

A few days ago, a burglary occurred at the apartment when the complainant noticed someone walking with a bag of Yohannoff full of things and passing under his house.

Earlier, he noticed a suspect sitting on the stairs at the entrance to his home.

During the break-in, iPhone headphones were stolen and 15 pairs of real Jordan shoes were stolen.

The complainant started following the stolen headphones in the app, and at one point aimed at a certain place in Tel Aviv.

IPhone headphone tracking did the job,

The complainant turned around with his vehicle and checked if he recognized the suspects, and when he was able to identify and find their location, he called his friend who had seen the suspects earlier in the stairwell.

The two ordered a police car and on one of the suspects was found the iPod, the stolen on the other suspect were found Jordan shoes.

Today, the two were brought in for an extension of detention, where the police claimant said that there are investigative actions that require the suspects to remain in custody and asked the court to grant the full days of detention.

The suspect's defense attorney, Adv. Tali Hazum, said at the hearing that even if he was identified as sitting down with his dog, it still did not tie him to the commission of the offense. The only thing that could tie him to the same offense is the same headphones.

He gives a version of who he received and when, he also gave a phone call.

"This identification is not enough to file an indictment. He is a person with no criminal record, a worker, he does not lack money. He works in the field of modeling and that his pictures are hanging around the city, including in Ayalon," said Advocate Hazum.

Jordan's shoes were stolen and found at the suspect,

Judge Miri Hart-Ritz finally decided to extend the model's detention by three days and ruled that there was a reasonable suspicion that he had committed the act: " "The allegations of the suspect in this matter have not yet been examined and must be examined immediately, noting that in the matter of holding the headphones, the suspect also provided the telephone number of the person who gave him the same headphones," the judge noted in her decision.
