At the hearing, the defense attorney, Adv. Jaroslav Metz of the Public Defender's Office, presented a record of the arrest and the police claimant, Maj. Gen. Arthur Kakzenov, claimed that according to what was written in the report, That attacked them.

When Adv. Metz wondered why the suspect was handcuffed and his hands were almost broken, Sergeant Kakzenov replied: "I did not see his hands being broken ... there are suspects who also come with fractures."

Defense counsel asked the court to release his client and said: "In my view it is a scandal to bring the suspect to court, a suspect who has no criminal record to bring him to court and arrest him, it is an exercise of erroneous judgment."

He added that "I did not understand from the case what the difference is between him and the other detainees ... The suspect found himself in detention in Nitzan prison instead of not ... ".

All in all, Judge Daniel Horowitz ordered the suspect released on bail.

"Examination of the investigation file shows that there is a reasonable suspicion that the offenses were committed by the suspect, but the intensity of the suspicion is not high," the judge wrote in his decision.
