Spontaneously and in a burst of creative joy, two chefs, one of the most senior and talented we have here, Tomer Tal (George and John) and Raz Rahav (OCD, Tirza), decided to cook together for two lonely and rare evenings.
There was no guiding hand or guiding concept here, but a longing for deep collegial collaboration.
It's hard to know where one ends and the other begins, and how good it is.
The dishes were made according to the host restaurant.
Last night (Saturday) we visited Tal's George and John, and saw Rahav connect to his work in the restaurant.
Tonight they will take turns and Tal will be hosted in the kitchen of the OCD restaurant for a particularly delicious evening.
We got there and talked to the two.
Was fascinating and delicious.
