The Russian Defense Ministry announced the delivery of humanitarian aid to one of the liberated territories of the Lugansk People's Republic.
The Russia Today website quoted the ministry as saying in a statement, "The Russian army has delivered humanitarian aid to citizens in this region, led by women, children, the elderly, and refugees from other regions," noting that the aid included food, basic necessities and others.
The Russian forces continue their special military operation to protect the residents of Donbass and continue to provide aid to the affected populations in the various regions that they liberated from the control of the Ukrainian forces.
