The weather in Hong Kong continued to be unstable. Landslides occurred twice within three days on the slope of the same retaining wall at No. 5 Middle Gap Road in the Mid-levels of Hong Kong Island near China Garden.
Today (16th) at nearly 0:30 in the morning, the retaining wall on the upper site collapsed again. Sand and gravel covered the two traffic lanes on the site. The affected area was 10 meters by 4 meters. Fortunately, no vehicles and passersby passed by, and there were no casualties. , the fire sent a collapse search and rescue team to arrive to clean up.
Affected by the incident, the site must be closed across the board.
