Ilana Sporta Haniya, who is suspected of sending two threatening letters that included a bullet and threatening text, to the prime minister's wife, Naftali Bennett, and his son, will be released tomorrow (Monday) at noon under house arrest.
Currently, her detention has been extended until midnight between Sunday and Monday.
Police have requested a stay of execution to file an appeal.
Meanwhile, investigators at the Rosh HaAyin police station detained a 51-year-old resident of Elad for questioning, on suspicion that the prime minister should be harmed.
At the end of his interrogation at the city police station and in accordance with the evidence in the case, it will be decided whether to bring him to court tomorrow with a request to extend his detention.
