Al-Qamishli-SANA
The General Authority of Qamishli National Hospital reviewed several cases of suffocation and respiratory problems as a result of the dust storm that hit all parts of Al-Hasakah Governorate.
The Director-General of the General Authority of Qamishli National Hospital, Dr. Omar Al-Akoub, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the hospital’s ambulance department received during the night hours more than 40 cases of suffocation and respiratory problems as a result of the dust storm.
Al-Akoub explained that most of the cases reported were as a result of asthma problems among some citizens, as treatment and medical procedures were provided to them.
