Occupied Jerusalem-SANA
Today, the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank witnessed the revival of a national event marking the 74th anniversary of the Nakba, with the participation of hundreds of Palestinians.
Bethlehem Governor Kamel Hamid said in a speech during the event organized in Manger Square in the city center: The Palestinian people are a living people who derive their strength from the pure blood of the martyrs, and despite the occupation policies of killing, displacement and settlement, they still adhere to their right to return and believe in the inevitability of victory and the establishment of the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. .
Hamid denounced the heinous crime committed by the occupation forces against journalist Shireen Abu Aqleh, stressing that it demonstrates the barbarity of the occupation that targets Palestinians wherever they are.
In turn, the mayor of Bethlehem Hanna Hanina confirmed that the deep wound has not healed after 74 years, and we are sure that the right will not be lost and Palestine will return to its people, no matter how long it takes.
