Kochel – With around two per mille, a driver caused an accident in Kochel last Friday.
His car overturned, the driver was unharmed.
According to the police, Kochler (59) drove his Skoda to Kalmbachstrasse at around 10:40 p.m.
He hit the curb, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a wall.
The car then overturned and landed across the roadway.
Luckily, the driver, who was alone in the car, was not injured.
The car is a total loss, and the wall was also damaged.
The police estimate the total damage at around 7,000 euros.
An alcohol test showed the man had a blood alcohol level of around two per mille, he had to have his blood drawn and his driver's license was immediately secured.
According to the police, the 59-year-old is facing criminal proceedings.
"He will also have to do without his driver's license for several months," says the Bad Tölz inspection.
