Filipino maid in North Point suspected of stealing 500,000 yuan in cash from employer

At about 11:00 last night (16th), the police received a report from a female resident surnamed Zheng (31 years old) in Wo Fu Center, saying that about 500,000 Hong Kong dollars in cash was missing from the house, which was suspected to be the work of her 46-year-old Filipino maid.

After the police arrived for investigation, the Filipino maid was suspected of "employee theft" and was handed over to the Eastern District Police District Criminal Investigation Team to follow up.
