Founder Torsten Schuh introduced the food start-up Hans Ranke at "Die Höhle der Löwen".
The founder promises a healthy meal in just three minutes.
How good is Hans Ranke?
Whether in the home office or in the office, whether at lunchtime or in the evening - we are asked the question "What am I going to eat today?" at least once a day.
In stressful times in particular, many people turn to fast food such as pizza, kebabs and the like. Founder Torsten Schuh presented a healthy alternative in "Die Höhle der Löwen".
Hans Ranke is a ready meal in just three minutes and is particularly healthy
and full of proteins.
Because: Couscous is made from lentils and chickpeas.
Simply pour hot water onto the dry dish and Hans Ranke is done.
DHDL investor Ralf Dümmel is enthusiastic about Hans Ranke and invested in the food start-up.
We took a closer look at the 3-minute dish.
The topic of health plays a major role in the Vox start-up show: Freibeik, a flexible saddle joint for bicycles, was recently presented.

Hans Ranke (The Lion's Den): How healthy is the ready meal?
Whether frozen pizza, burgers or the classic 5-minute terrine - all dishes are prepared quickly, but do not necessarily have the best nutritional values.
Hans Ranke consists of red lentils and chickpeas.
This combination results in a unique couscous.
Red lentils and chickpeas are very healthy as they provide the body with
plenty of protein, fiber and quality carbohydrates
supply.
And the product from "Die Höhle der Löwen" is also suitable for vegans: Because Hans Ranke is not only 100 percent natural, the ready meal is also vegan and does not contain any artificial additives or flavor enhancers.
Founder Torsten Schuh also paid attention to sustainability when it came to the packaging.
The tray is compostable, the foil can be recycled.
The plant strengthener "Lucky Plant" by co-founder Michael Ballack is also sustainable.
