A man climbs a residential tower to save a 3-year-old girl (@Kazakhstan)

You are about to watch one of the most breathtaking moments you have ever seen in your life.

37-year-old Svit Shontakbayev from Kazakhstan is a real hero, or a real Spider-Man if you will.

The guy was on his way to work when he noticed a little girl hanging on the eighth floor window of a residential building and instead of watching her like everyone else and praying for a miracle, he ran to the floor below, climbed the window and risked his life to save the girl from falling to death.

Like a true hero, he did so, returned her to safety and hurried to work so as not to be late.

He was later praised for his courage.

The 3-year-old girl was alone at her home in Nur Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, while her mother was out shopping, and reportedly got bored and began stacking toys and pillows on top of each other to climb to the window and observe at the height of innocence what was happening there.

Svit, who happened to be in the right place - at the right time, noticed a girl hanging on the window 25 meters above the ground and decided to try to get her out of there.

He was on his way to work with a friend when he noticed a crowd of people standing at the bottom of the building and staring at the 3-year-old girl hanging in the air.

Savit, a father of four, hurried up to the seventh floor of the building and entered a house just below it.

He said: "I noticed people gathering near the building and immediately looked up and saw a girl hanging from the eighth floor. I went up to the seventh floor, knocked on the door and luckily there was someone there who immediately opened the door for me."

Sabit came out through the window below the terrified girl, who until then had held on to the window for 15 minutes.

"I did not have a safety harness so my friend held my legs," he recounted, "at that moment I did not think of anything, I just wanted to help the girl."

He reached for the girl, grabbed her legs and managed to pull her into his arms and carefully move her through the open window to his friend.

Savit did not wait for the parents to return and as a true hero left soon after, he said with the aim of not being late for work (because 'I saved a girl from falling from eighth place' is not a good enough reason for another?).

He added: "I did not even see her parents. I hurried straight to work. No one knew it happened. I just saved the girl and left, and on the news and social media suddenly started calling me a hero. I do not consider myself a hero. In my eyes, everyone should reach out. A hand in such situations. "

Svit was praised for his brave act of Mayor Altai Kolginov.

Deputy Minister of Emergencies Ibrahim Kolshimbeev awarded him a medal for showing courage and was even offered a job in the city's rescue services.

According to local media reports, Svit - who has a daughter and three sons - will also get a new three-bedroom apartment and a TV.

This would allow his family to move to Nor-Sultan and live with him.

So far he has worked in the capital and sent money to his family in Kizilorda.

The fees for his children's participation in the summer camp will also be paid.

It pays to be a hero.
