Alarmed federal police arrest the 40-year-old in Hanover, who has already been sentenced to prison.
Hanover – An alternative smoking break: The federal police arrested a man in an ICE at around 2.30 a.m. on the night from Friday to Saturday (May 13/14, 2022) who was smoking a joint in the train toilet.
According to the police report, the train staff caught the 40-year-old smoking in the train toilet and informed the federal police, as reported by hna.de.
When officers arrived, they noticed the distinctive smell of smoked cannabis on site.
This came from the so-called joint, a hand-rolled cigarette with a mixture of tobacco and cannabis, which the 40-year-old Lithuanian had smoked in the train toilet.
During an investigation, officers found another joint in the man's jacket pocket.

A check of the smoker's personal details also revealed that there are already two arrest warrants against the man.
He was convicted in the past of fraudulent performance and drunken driving and had never served the prison sentences of a total of 70 days.
