Pähler bypass: 25-year-old motorcyclist dies in an accident

On Saturday, a 25-year-old motorcyclist from Gauting had a fatal accident on the Pähler bypass.
A 77-year-old driver had overlooked him when turning left.
Pähl - A tragic traffic accident occurred on Saturday afternoon (May 14) on the state road 2056 at Pähl.
According to the police, a 77-year-old driver was driving on the WM9 district road from Raisting in the direction of Pähl at the time.
When she wanted to turn left at the junction with state road 2056, she overlooked a 25-year-old motorcyclist from Gauting who had the right of way.
The young man drove his motorbike on the state road in the direction of Weilheim.

Pähler bypass: Motorcyclist (25) dies in an accident
The collision occurred in the area of the driver's door of the car.
The motorcyclist died immediately at the scene of the accident.
The 77-year-old driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries by rescue helicopter.
Luckily, her passenger was only slightly injured.
The motorcycle and the car were totaled with a total value of around 18,000 euros.
The public prosecutor commissioned an expert who examined the circumstances of the traffic accident on site at the accident site.
A detour was set up at the accident site by the Weilheim road maintenance department, and the road was closed until around 8 p.m.
The Pühl and Weilheim fire brigades were on site with around 40 men.
A 69-year-old motorcyclist died in a traffic accident on State Road 4047 between a tractor and a motorcycle on Saturday.
