The restriction of visitors will be carried out through the distribution or sale of travel tickets to the event by the Ministry of Transport via public transport.

The stay in the tomb complex will be limited to four hours.

Special populations, including the families of the victims of the disaster, will receive special residence permits from the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

It will not be allowed to light bonfires in the entire compound and in the area of nearby forests, except for one fire whose burning has been approved.

Restrictions on arriving by car at the tomb complex were imposed yesterday.

Tomorrow at 22:00, the restrictions on the number of people staying in the complex will take effect, and public transportation will begin on Wednesday morning.

Organizers on behalf of the event producer will distribute bracelets to visitors to the site in order to track the time of entry.

Transportation to the site will be stopped if the number of occupants reaches 16,000.

The police will operate a helicopter, skimmers, ATVs and SUVs in the compound and will assist with motorcycles and cavalry.

Superintendent Lavi said that "the person who is incorporating the event this year is the Ministry of Religious Affairs and we are working in collaboration with the project manager and the Minister of Religious Affairs."

According to him, this year's celebration will take place in a significantly different way from what the public is accustomed to in previous years, and enumerated the changes mentioned, including limiting the number of participants and the length of stay.

Lavie also said: "We are aware of the discourse and are exposed to intelligence about the intention of certain groups to disrupt the order and disrupt the event, any such attempt harms the general public and we expect those coming to Meron for a kind of mutual guarantee."

According to him, those who come to harm "will encounter a severe reaction and the full severity of the law."

In recent days, he said, damage to infrastructure on the mountain has been caused, and in some cases suspects have been arrested.

However, according to Lavi, the police will only intervene in extreme cases of disturbances, and the responsibility for the entry of the audience and its dispersal at the end of the event rests with the producer.

Lavie updated that the special system that will be used this year for crowd counting at mass events includes an extensive array of cameras and skimmers with analytical analysis capability.
