The office of the Syrian Grain Corporation in Sweida has set tomorrow as a date to start selling burlap bags to farmers in order to market the current season's wheat crop.
The director of the Foundation’s office, Engineer Youssef Wahbi, stated in a statement to SANA’s reporter today that the Roundabout Center was approved to sell used bags at 3000 Syrian pounds per bag, and the new ones at 6000 Syrian pounds, with the farmers undertaking a written letter to return them to the institution packed with the crop or to deliver them after the end of the marketing season.
Engineer Wehbe indicated that the two farm centers were determined to receive the sacked wheat and the location of the Umm al-Zaytoun mill to receive dogma wheat from farmers with the beginning of the harvest season in the coming days.
