The Technical Boxing Committee of Hama held the governorate championship for the categories of young women, young women, women and men, with the participation of Al-Talia, Al-Nawair, Hama Police and Salhab clubs, in the boxing hall in Al-Basel Sports City.
The results of the women’s category resulted in the winners of Lusana Suleiman, with a weight of 48 kg, and Reem Al-Ali, at a weight of 70 kg, and in the young women’s category, Khadija Kaid, with a weight of 48 kg, Maha Hassan, at a weight of 51 kg, and in the women’s category, Rahaf Suleiman, at a weight of 54 kg, Corin Muhanna, at a weight of 57 kg, and Safaa. Al-Ahmad weighed 60 kg, Zainab Tlass weighed 63 kg, Ola Al-Hassan weighed 66 kg and Najwa Suleiman weighed over 81 kg.
In the men’s category, the weights championship was won by Abdul Razzaq Aliwi (60 kg), Muhammad Jagaili (63 kg), Ali Al Mahmoud (71 kg), Khaled Ramadan (75 kg), and Adnan Al Nabhan (overweight 92 kg).
Shadi Issa, a member of the technical committee for boxing in Hama, told SANA reporter that the aim of the tournament is to select the governorate’s teams that will participate in the next republic championship in Damascus on the 25th of this month. Good results, as usual over the past years.
