The three suspects for the death of Giuseppe Pedrazzini, 77, found in a well near his home in Toano (Reggio Emilia) on the evening of 11 May, leave the prison.

The prosecutor, which coordinates the investigations of the carabinieri, had asked for custody in prison.

The judge rejected for the crimes of murder and kidnapping, while he ordered the measure for the suppression of a corpse.  

The three are also investigated for fraud, in relation to the receipt of the pension of the elderly relative, in the period in which he had disappeared.

During the hearing before the magistrate they made use of the right not to answer and the daughter made some statements "to clarify an environmental interception", explained the defender.

The wife is obliged to stay in the municipality of Toano, while the daughter and son-in-law in Taranto, where they have a home: they will have to report daily to sign at the judicial police offices.
