Molloy said in a press conference that the percentage of participation in the discretionary and non-final voting process amounted to 41.4 percent.
In turn, the Commander of the Lebanese Army, General Joseph Aoun, pointed out today that the military institution has once again proven its ability to assume its responsibility in providing security and order through the completion of the parliamentary electoral process despite the crisis that Lebanon is going through.
