Ingredients

    • 4 nori algae

    • 2 cups sushi rice

    • 4 cups

  • For the stuffing:

    • 2 cans of Starkist tuna in water, filtered

    • 1 small chopped purple onion

    • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

    • 2-3 as a soy sauce solution

    • 1 as a hot chili sauce (optional)

    • 2 cucumbers sliced ​​into sticks

    • Chopped green onion

Preparation

How to make a spicy tuna sushi sandwich?

  • 1

    Prepare the rice:

    Bring the rice and water to a boil and cook for about 12 minutes until all the water is absorbed and the rice is soft.

  • 2 Prepare the stuffing: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to a uniform mixture.

  • 3 Assemble the sushi sandwiches: Place on a work surface lined with baking paper nori seaweed with the glossy side down.

    Using wet hands, form a 9 cm square of rice in the center of the seaweed. Place a few cucumber sticks and chopped green onions on top of the tuna filling. Cover with an additional amount of rice. Lightly moisten the edges of the nori and close over the toppings. The sandwich and staples (possible with tying thread).

  • 4 Cut the sandwiches half-and-half in the center (along with the baking paper) and serve immediately.
