Case Wagner: No suspect in sight

Unsolicited mail and calls reached ex-Bundestag member Andreas Wagner in Geretsried.

He filed a complaint, but the investigation is difficult.

Geretsried - Former member of the Bundestag Andreas Wagner spoke of "psychoterrorism": At the beginning of the year he received several unsolicited mail and calls.

Presumably, someone wanted to harass him after he had publicly warned against infiltrating unregistered “walks” by opponents of the Corona measures.

The former party member of the left did not put up with the matter and under no circumstances was silenced.

Wagner turned on the police.

The investigations of the Weilheim criminal police are still ongoing.

In the near future, however, the case should be handed over to the public prosecutor's office, said Stefan Sonntag, press spokesman for the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria, when asked by our newspaper.

"Unfortunately, the investigations did not result in any suspicion," said Sunday.

However, he pointed out that it is difficult to solve such cases.

But "we have left no stone unturned," assured the spokesman.

Apparently, someone misused data from ex-members of the Bundestag

As reported, the police had requested data from Internet companies, among other things.

But apparently there was no trace of it either.

In Wagner's private mailbox in Gartenberg there was a sticker bearing the signature of the neo-Nazi scene and a leaflet referring to the right-wing extremist small party "III.

way” landed.

In addition, the ex-MP reported on programs with free information material.

One of them was addressed to "SED office Wagner".

He also received calls from a health insurance company, a Berlin law firm and other places that offer this online.

Someone probably misused Wagner's data for this.

Even if the person cannot be located at first, there is good news.
