The Prime Minister, Engineer Hussein Arnous, issued a decision to sort the first graduates from technical institutes to public authorities.
The decision included a request from all graduates appointed according to it to submit the necessary identification papers for appointment to the public authorities they are assigned to, within a month from the date of this decision.
The public authority to which the graduate is screened is obligated not to agree to transfer, delegate, or assign him or specify his work center outside the place of the assigned work center specified according to the job description card for a period of five years from the date of starting work.
