A 31-year-old tried to get a digital vaccination certificate using a vaccination card he had bought.

The matter ended up in court.

Königsdorf

– Fake vaccination cards have been in demand in recent months.

The attempt to get a digital vaccination certificate using a purchased vaccination certificate was expensive for a person living in Königsdorf.

The Wolfratshausen magistrate sentenced the 31-year-old to a fine of 2,700 euros for forging documents.

“Unfortunately, that is correct.

He presented a false vaccination certificate to the pharmacy," the defense attorney explained for his client.

He nodded in agreement when the lawyer emphasized: "He does not refuse to vaccinate." This is proven by the fact that he has now been vaccinated and a second vaccination was only given because he had been infected with Covid 19 afterwards.

The seller got into trouble when the 2G rule was introduced in parts of the trade.

"That's how he came under pressure, he always tested himself beforehand," explained the defender.

Since he had seen from friends and acquaintances the serious consequences of vaccinations - from autoimmune diseases to thrombosis and loss of taste - he had given it a lot of thought.

Until his brother presented the supposed solution: a fake vaccination card, 180 euros each.

The accused submitted it to the pharmacy.

The fraud was discovered when the batch number was checked.

"That was a mistake," said the lawyer.

"Wasn't a good idea," the defendant agreed.

"A threshold has been crossed when you resort to such means," said the prosecutor.

Therefore, a higher fine is “necessary as a general preventive measure”.

He demanded 90 daily rates of 40 euros each, a total of 3600 euros.

The court followed the application in the number of daily rates, but set the daily rate at 30 euros.

The defender had previously considered 60 daily rates of 20 euros, a total of 1200 euros, to be sufficient.

The defendant accepted the verdict.
