Once again, strangers misused the fire extinguishers on the parking deck of the Oberland Realschule in Holzkirchen.
According to the police, the perpetrators sprayed the contents of two devices, and they even took one with them.
The police secured evidence.
Holzkirchen
- Between May 6th and 9th, a first fire extinguisher was sprayed on the parking deck of the Oberland Realschule for no apparent reason, now two more extinguishers, which are intended to strengthen fire protection on the parking deck, were hit.
According to the police, the damage was discovered on Monday (May 16).
One or more perpetrators grabbed the fire extinguisher on the ground floor and the one on the upper floor of the parking deck.
They sprayed the contents on the parking decks.
According to the police, one of the fire extinguishers was stolen, the second was left on the parking deck.
According to the police, they secured evidence at the crime scene.
The property damage amounts to around 100 euros.
Witnesses who can provide relevant information about the unknown perpetrator (or a possible group of perpetrators) are asked to call the Holzkirchen police station on 08024/90740.
The police assume that young people are responsible for the fire extinguisher destruction.
The officials are therefore appealing to parents to explain to their children that emptying fire protection equipment is not harmless fun.
Anyone who willfully empties fire extinguishers or stole fire extinguishers accepts that people will be injured in the event of a fire.
The police point out that fire extinguishers must be available at all times to fight possible fires.
Therefore, their demolition and misuse are punishable under Section 145 of the Criminal Code.
