A preliminary investigation was opened by the Gap prosecutor's office on Friday, after a report from the Departmental Council.

," said the public prosecutor of Grenoble, Eric Vaillant.
Initially heard on Saturday by the gendarmerie as a witness, the dad was taken into custody.
The mother was then arrested and taken into custody in turn.

Originally from a village near Gap (Hautes-Alpes), the couple, who have no criminal record, were brought before a magistrate from the criminal center of Grenoble on Monday.

" and the father for "

".
Both were imprisoned by decision of the judge of freedoms and detention, in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution.
The investigation is continuing on the basis of a letter of request from an investigating judge.
The 5-year-old boy and his 11-year-old half-sister were placed on Friday evening by court decision of the Gap prosecutor's office and a children's judge was seized for educational assistance.
