The trial of the November 13 attacks resumed on Tuesday May 17 before the Paris special assize court after a week of suspension due to a case of Covid-19 among the accused.

The hearing, the 122nd since the opening of the trial on September 8, must be devoted to the testimonies of more than twenty survivors or relatives of the victims of the attacks, including Jesse Hughes, singer of the American rock group Eagles of Death. Metal performing at the Bataclan on the evening of November 13.
Ninety people had been killed in the concert hall.
Eden Galindo, then guitarist of the group, is also expected at the bar of the Assize Court.

Several dozen survivors or relatives of the victims of the jihadist attacks which left 130 dead and hundreds injured in Paris and Saint-Denis must testify until Friday, at the rate of around twenty hearings a day.
The pleadings of the civil parties must begin on Monday, May 23.
The verdict is expected on June 29.
