The chic brasserie of Cheval Blanc is not yet a year old but is already a must when it comes to lunch or dinner eye to eye with Paris.
On the seventh floor of the building, the left bank is revealed at 180° with the Pont-Neuf as its epicenter.
On the balcony, only 20 privileged people can contemplate, at each service, this urban spectacle, magical day and night.

THE PLATE.
Draped in chic contemporary finery, a beautiful brasserie cuisine articulated around cuts of meat (lamb, beef, poultry), fish (trout, sea bass) and other lobsters whose cooking method (plancha, steam, etc.) , side dish and sauce.
Always dapper, the starters have donned their spring attire (green bean tart, stracciatella, almonds, steamed green asparagus, smoked egg yolk, mustard Hollandaise…).
