The US State Department has committed nearly $6 million to a program aimed at fabricating narratives against the Russian military.
The Russia Today website indicated that the US Department will allocate at least $6 million to a program to spread false information about war crimes and other atrocities in Ukraine to be attributed to the Russian army, pointing out that more funding will be provided through the European initiative for “democratic sustainability.”
It is also planned to create a website through which the State Department will distribute its copy of the events, and Washington relies on the help of foreign partners, but it has not been determined where and who implements them.
According to Washington, the initiative aims to support civil society in Ukraine and neighboring countries.
