Because his current weight of 127 kilos is really giving his body a hard time.

The TV couple recently had a big event: they opened their bar "Martiki".

But the last grueling months don't seem to have left their mark on Steff in particular - because the 52-year-old's body has changed quite a bit.

While he was still extremely muscular when he was boxing in September 2020, he recently revealed that he currently weighs a whopping 127 kilograms.

Because Steff Jerkel slims down with his buddies.

The "Goodbye Germany" emigrant is said to have been the mastermind behind this idea, as he recently announced on Instagram.

"I started the whole thing because I'm really at the end of my health," says the TV star.

In an interview with Vox, he becomes even clearer.

Because his weight seemed to bother Steff Jerkel quite a bit.

“In terms of health, it was high time.

My knees spin, I can hardly breathe and I always feel tired.

Not to mention the look,” it says on the Instagram page of “Goodbye Germany” (the dream burst with these “Goodbye Germany” stars).

Steff has therefore set himself big goals for July 16th.

The 52-year-old wants to lose at least 20 kilograms in just 2.5 months.

Is that actually possible in such a short time?

We are curious.

But Steff definitely seems to be extremely motivated.
