First he slandered the President of the Landtag, Aigner, and then had to hand over his gun license.

Now the AfD MP Ralf Stadler is complaining.

Regensburg - The CSU MEP Manfred Weber is a "brain", the Greens are "invertebrate reptiles", the SPD is the "enemy of the people".

Refugees are sometimes "parasites", sometimes "invaders" and he called for the introduction of birth controls for Muslims.

We are talking about the Lower Bavarian AfD MP Ralf Stadler.

AfD MP complains about gun ownership card at the administrative court in Regensburg

The metalworker from Tittlingen has been a member of the Bavarian state parliament since October 2018 and rudely denounces everything on his social media channels.

Historical revisionism and expressions of sympathy for the Holocaust denier Ursula Heverbeck were also part of the 57-year-old's repertoire in the past.

But in July 2019 Stadler went too far - at least in the criminal sense.

At that time he posted a photo montage in which Ilse Aigner, President of the Bavarian State Parliament, let some balloons rise together with elementary school children.

Stadler tinkered the AfD logo in several balloons and shared it with the sentence "AfD also works in Bavaria".

AfD MPs slandered the President of the State Parliament: The gun ownership card also went down the drain

In response to a criminal complaint by Aigner, the district court in Munich finally imposed a penalty order of 60 daily rates on the far right – for the unauthorized use of copyrighted works in combination with a violation of the Art Copyright Act in combination with defamation against a person in political life.

The state parliament had lifted Stadler's immunity in advance.

As a result, Stadler, who claims to be a member of the Association of Police and Military Shooters and the SLG Stoaberg Shooting Club, also lost his gun ownership cards.

The background: A fine of 60 daily rates per se includes the presumption of unreliability for carrying a gun owner's license.

The Höcke fan is now taking action against this decision by the Passau District Office before the Regensburg Administrative Court.

AfD MP seems to be a gun nut: "The realist learns to shoot."

Stadler, who has been observed by the Bavarian State Office for the Protection of the Constitution in the past, seems to have a real soft spot for guns.

On his social media channels there were little pictures in which, for example, "Legal weapons for free German citizens" were demanded under the label "Contra Asylum" ("Because the police can no longer protect us.").

Or: “The optimist learns Chinese.

The pessimist learns Arabic.

The realist learns to shoot.”

Such postings by Stadler, his regular verbal abuse against refugees and politicians or the distribution of a threatening video against journalists do not reflect well on him.

The conviction for defamation of the President of the State Parliament Aigner should also play a role in the question of his reliability in possessing a weapon.

The public hearing next Tuesday will show what will come out of it in the end.
