Official and popular delegations continued to attend the Emirati embassy in Damascus today to offer their condolences on the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
Condolences were offered by the Governor of Damascus Countryside, Engineer Moataz Abu Al-Nasr Jamran, President of the General Federation of Trade Unions and Secretary General of the International Federation of Arab Workers, Jamal Al-Qadri.
The duty of condolences was also offered by sheikhs, clan elders, popular delegations, representatives of some institutions, businessmen, a delegation from the Arab Federation for E-Commerce, a number of ambassadors and representatives of Arab and foreign embassies in Syria.
The participants were received by the duty of condolences, Chargé d'Affairs of the UAE Embassy in Damascus, Abdul Hakim Al-Nuaimi, and a number of embassy diplomats.
