North Korean state television shows dictator Kim Jong Un.
He seems displeased at the sharp increase in corona cases in his country.
At a meeting with officials, he accused them of exacerbating the situation by their "inadequate" and "sluggish" responses.
Since the first official corona case last week, the number has already risen to 1.7 million so-called "fever patients".
Over 60 people are believed to have died.
There is no official confirmation of the numbers, the country only has a few test capacities.
But it is probably the extremely contagious omicron variant.
Kim Jong Un's regime has declared a state of emergency and a nationwide lockdown, and the military has been mobilized.
The country does not have vaccines.
According to the WHO, North Korea is the only country besides Eritrea that has not yet started a vaccination campaign.
Foreign support has so far been refused.
