Gießen – A woman who took the train from Hanau to Gießen on Tuesday (May 17) must now expect a severe fine.
The accusation: "Abuse of emergency aid".
That is what the police said.
What happened?
In the said train, the homeless 45-year-old traveled to Gießen around eight in the morning.
Shortly before entering Linden station, the engine driver received a stop signal.
According to the findings of the Federal Police so far, the woman had pulled the emergency brake for no reason, as reported by giessener-allgemeine.de.

However, the incident did not have any significant effects: "After consulting the train attendant, the signal could be bypassed and operational effects prevented as a result," says the federal police about the incident in the Gießen district.

However, investigations are now underway against the 45-year-old.
Officials from the federal police station in Giessen determined the personal details, and after the police measures had been completed, she was initially able to continue her journey.
