The Ministry of Tourism has licensed a new center for tourism training and rehabilitation in Daraa under the name of Aram Center for Training and Tourism Rehabilitation.
Director of Tourism, Yasser Al-Saadi, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the tourism training and rehabilitation centers are working to teach tourism sciences, cut tickets, and teach restaurant and cooking skills, among others.
The center’s official, Badriya Al-Mahmoud, stated that the center’s capacity for one time is 57 male and female students with a study period of up to two years for holders of a recent or old high school diploma “scientific, literary, industry, commerce, hotel and women’s arts.” Hotels for university graduates with a one-year study period.
She added that the center, which starts receiving students from the beginning of the new academic year in September of this year, is equipped with all modern educational means with a teaching staff with experience in the tourism field, indicating that the teaching fields include management, leadership, management of tourism and travel companies, hotel companies, quality and management of the tourist site and education. German, French and English languages.
