Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Alexander Venediktov estimated that the number of closed US biological laboratories exceeds 400 facilities around the world.
Today, TASS news agency quoted Venediktov as saying: The closed US military and civilian biological laboratories that have been established around the world, according to our estimates, amount to more than 400 laboratories, adding that new epidemiological threats appear where there are closed US biological laboratories.
He pointed out that Ukraine does not have its own research and development activities, and almost all scientific and research activities are carried out for the benefit of its Western masters and in accordance with the programs approved by Washington, noting that according to the United Nations Convention, no country has the right to manufacture and stockpile biological weapons.
The Deputy Speaker of the Russian State Duma, Irina Yarovaya, confirmed the day before yesterday that the establishment of biological laboratories by the United States of America along the periphery of Russia is tantamount to placing facilities for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on the borders of Russia.
