Stade Toulousain is launching NFT (Non Fungible Token), a unique digital token giving access to a digital collector's item.

The first club to enter web 3, the Rouge et Noir club wants to use these digital works to develop its relationship with its community of supporters, who can be reached without physical borders.

This operation is therefore aimed at the 10 million fans of Stade Toulousain around the world.

Initially, 18,754 NFTs, like the number of seats at the Ernest-Wallon stadium, will be distributed to subscribers, then to all supporters.

“It will be enough for users to click on a link or scan a QR code distributed to the community but also in the stadium on the occasion of the reception of Biarritz Olympique, on June 5, indicates the Toulouse club.

They will thus be able to retrieve and collect the NFT for the 2021-2022 season of Stade Toulousain for free.

Messages to players via screens in the locker room

Once these free NFTs have been broadcast, the rugby club goes further, by making 1,907 Premium NFTs accessible to these Internet users, in a nod to the creation of the club in 1907. 15% of them will be free via a draw randomly, 40% sold at a price of 30 euros, 40% sold in cryptocurrency at a price of 0.015 ETH and the remaining 5% reserved for players, partners and club players.

“It's in the nature of Stade Toulousain to be a pioneer and to open the way, assures Didier Lacroix, President of Stade Toulousain.

The web3 raises many questions and this first experiment will allow us to learn so as not to miss this major revolution.

This is why we have thought of a complete system, accessible to all and with very high added value for our supporters”.

The NFT Premium will give access to exclusive products, experiences and surprises for this end of the season.

Fans will also be able to send their messages of support directly to the players through screens in the dressing rooms and at the training centre.
