The branch of the Syrian Corporation for Bakeries in As-Suwayda began carrying out modernization and maintenance of the first production line in the first automated bakery in As-Suwayda, operating under the management system, and the second production line for the 8th of March bakery in Attil, operating under the supervision system.
The director of the branch of the Syrian Foundation for Bakeries in As-Suwayda, Alaa Muhanna, indicated in a statement to SANA reporter today that the works in the first Suwayda bakery aimed at improving the quality of the loaf of bread include the installation of a new fire house according to modern specifications with the maintenance of the entire first line, indicating that the accredited people who are provided with their daily dues from him have been secured to deliver them. For citizens of the two bakeries of Qanawat and the farm working under the supervision system, and the 8th of March bakery, which is currently operating in one production line.
He added that the maintenance work in the 8th of March bakery includes updating the entire second line, including the fire house, which has been out of work for more than three years, relieving pressure on the first production line, which is working beyond its capacity to meet the citizens' needs of the material as well as alleviating its malfunctions.
The first line at As-Suwayda’s first bakery produces about 9 tons of bread to secure the city’s needs, while the second line of the 8th of March bakery, after the end of its work, will contribute to supporting the needs of the town of Attil, as well as the city of As-Suwayda and a number of neighboring villages with bread.
