Thurn and Taxis: Castle Festival in Regensburg with a high density of celebrities
The Thurn und Taxis Castle Festival was listed in the "Top Ten" of the most beautiful festivals worldwide by the Viennese magazine "Festspiele".
Since 2003 stars from classical and pop music have performed there.
As can be read on the festival website, there have been concerts by Elton John, Sting, Katie Melua, Udo Jürgens and Tom Jones in recent years.
Opera performances such as Tosca, The Magic Flute or La Traviata were also on the programme.
