Two men were killed on the night of Tuesday May 17 to Wednesday May 18 in two separate districts of Marseille, one shot and the other stabbed, without a link between these two murders being able to be established for the hour, AFP learned from police sources.

In the middle of the night, in the Parc Kallisté housing estate, located in the 15th arrondissement to the north of the city, the body of a man was discovered in the street, a police source said.
The victim, who has not yet been identified, was shot in the neck.
No casing was found near the body, which was moved.
A stolen vehicle was found not far from there, said the same source.

In the 14th arrondissement this time, in the city of Rosiers, a man fatally injured with a stab wound to the chest was also found.
Its identification is in progress.
The two investigations were entrusted to the judicial police.
