Metallica singer James Hetfield has starred in an emotional moment during the last concert of the heavy metal band's tour of South America, at the Mineirão stadium in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
The vocalist was honest with the public, and after bursting into tears, he admitted the insecurities he has felt lately before going on stage: "I didn't feel very well before coming here [to South America] [...] he told me to myself: 'I'm an old man, I can't play anymore'.
As you can see in the video that accompanies this news, after these words, his bandmates made a nice gesture to comfort Hetfield.
The leader of the well-known heavy metal group thanked his colleagues for the support they have given him in bad times and dedicated a message to the public: “Seeing you makes me realize that I am not alone.
I'm not alone, and neither are you."
Hetfield is 58 years old and has been on stage 41 times since Metallica made the leap to the music scene in 1981 with hits like

The band is currently immersed in a tour around the world that will land in Spain on July 6 in Madrid, during the Mad Cool Festival.
