Last week we published in "Israel Hashavua" how security prisoners are planning terrorist attacks in Israel - from prison.
The investigation revealed that the terrorist organizations conduct autonomy in the security wings and direct terrorist attacks from them.
The Katbi report from 2018, the contents of which were revealed in the investigation for the first time, identified the omissions, but his recommendations were never discussed in the cabinet.
The IPS said in response to the investigation: "A Katabi report, which was placed on the table of the then Minister of the Interior, Arden, was submitted to the political cabinet for approval, but no discussion was held on its case."
