Karla Quintana, head of the National Search Commission, explains why Mexico registered a count greater than 100,000 people reported as missing and not located.
The official acknowledges that there is no count of how many more cases are not reported and, therefore, are not counted.
Quintana says that she is not aware of any other country in the world with a public registry of the disappeared.
