The competent authorities in Daraa governorate seized about 25 kilograms of narcotic hashish in an abandoned house in the town of Kafr Shams in the northern countryside of the governorate.
A source in the competent authorities told SANA reporter that “through the efforts exerted to combat the phenomenon of drugs, and in cooperation with the honorable people, a patrol of the competent authorities managed to seize 125 kg of narcotic hashish weighing about 25 kilograms in one of the abandoned houses in the town of Kafr Shams, which was intended for promotion in the town and its surroundings from by some promoters.
The source indicated that "investigations are continuing to discover and arrest those involved."
