Several walkers kept an eye on the animal until emergency services arrived.
Deer gets into trouble in Munich - and is transported away in a fire engine
"The crew of an emergency fire engine took over the site and accompanied the deer downstream until the firefighters were able to pull it onto the bank with a stick," the rescuers describe the following measures.
Then they pulled the completely exhausted animal ashore and wrapped it in a blanket.
A fire brigade employee, who is also a hunter, examined the deer.
Since it was unharmed, it was transported in proper style to the Perlacher forest in a fire engine.
After a brief recovery period, the rescuers released her there.

It is not known why the deer got into such a predicament.
It was not until May 2021 that a "strange object" had to be rescued from the Schwabinger Bach (according to the first description by eyewitnesses).
The exhausted animal had also turned out to be a deer at the time.
