An 18-year-old young man was shot and killed on the night of Wednesday to Thursday May 19 while driving his car in Amiens, we learned from a source familiar with the matter.

His 15-year-old cousin was at his side but was not injured, the source told AFP, indicating that the incident took place around 3:00 a.m.
According to the same source, at this stage, no one has been arrested and the deceased young man was known to the police for various offences.
The Amiens judicial police were in charge of the investigation.
The Amiens prosecutor's office confirmed in a press release the opening during the night
