Shortly after midnight (Wednesday-Thursday), in Neighborhood 7 in the southern city of Rahat, five gunshot wounds were reported that needed medical attention and were evacuated to Soroka Hospital.
All the injured are men in their 30s, two in moderate condition and another three in mild condition.
Police have opened an investigation.
The conflict is within the Khamaisa family, and it is not a conflict between different clans, as in events from a month ago, in which numbers of cafes in the city were shot, since a number of suspects were arrested and prosecutor statements were filed this week before an indictment was filed.
Disruptions in the south: Gunmen fire in daylight at shops in Rahat
The city of Rahat continues to be the crime capital of the south when only last Tuesday there was an attempted robbery of a pharmacy in the city.
At the beginning of the month, students who were on their way to the trip shot at a bus, and last Friday, a little less than a week, during the Israeli police's operation against the violence in neighborhood 12 in the city, the policemen were attacked by lawbreakers while throwing massive stones.
One of the policemen who felt his life was in danger fired in the air and a means was used to disperse the crowd.
